1. Using the site

RoomLogic was created to be read and shared through links. You may use its materials for lawful personal and informational purposes.

Do not interfere with RoomLogic. You may not bypass its security, send malicious code, create a false impression that RoomLogic supports you, or run automated requests that overload the site.

Contact us first if you want to use a substantial part of the material commercially. Systematic copying, resale, commercial republication, or a competing content database requires written permission.

2. Informational content only

RoomLogic is an editorial publication about interiors, planning, materials, and renovation. An article cannot assess your apartment or house or account for local regulations. It does not replace a consultation with an architect, engineer, builder, electrician, plumber, or another specialist who can inspect the actual property.

On an actual project, much depends on dimensions, the condition of the building, product specifications, building codes, and safety requirements. Check this information before buying materials, signing a contract, or starting work. You remain responsible for the decision you make.

3. Intellectual property

Unless a page or caption says otherwise, the original text, design, branding, graphics, and layout belong to RoomLogic or are used under license. These materials are protected by intellectual-property law.

You may save a reasonable number of pages for yourself. A short passage may be quoted if you credit RoomLogic and link to the source. This does not give you any broader rights. Images, trademarks, and other materials that name a third-party owner remain that owner’s property.

4. Links and third-party services

Articles may contain links to sources, products, social networks, and other websites. Following one of them takes you to a service RoomLogic does not control. That service is governed by its owner’s rules. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a link does not mean that we recommend the service or guarantee its content or availability.

5. No warranties

We carefully review and update RoomLogic. Still, homes differ, products change, links stop working, and an old article may eventually become outdated. For that reason, the site and its materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that every publication will always be complete, current, error-free, suitable for a particular project, and continuously available.

6. Limitation of liability

If the law permits, RoomLogic and its authors are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses connected with using the site, being unable to open it, or relying on published information.

Some forms of liability cannot be excluded, and mandatory consumer rights cannot be cancelled by an agreement. These Terms are not intended to limit that protection.

7. Changes and availability

The site changes over time. We may correct an article, move a page, reorganize a section, temporarily disable a feature, or remove material. A particular publication or its address does not have to remain available indefinitely.

8. Updates to these Terms

If the site or the requirements governing it change, we will revise these Terms. The date at the top of the page identifies the current version. By continuing to use RoomLogic after changes are published, you accept the new version from the time it is posted, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Applicable law and questions

These Terms are subject to the law governing the site operator and your use of RoomLogic. Mandatory protection that applies where you live remains in force. A dispute may be considered by a court or another authority with the appropriate powers.
