About RoomLogic.org

RoomLogic.org is the successor to DesignWiki, which I started 10 years ago to cover all the main topics in apartment design and renovation. Every article is written by one author and explains, in simple terms, the main ideas and principles of renovation that help create interiors that do not become outdated and, most importantly, are practical and comfortable for real life – not just beautiful in pictures.

Most of the photos show examples of apartment renovations in European cities.

But I have been living in the US for several years now, and all the articles have been translated and adapted to the American context. The photos have stayed the same, and that is what makes RoomLogic unique: renovations in the US and Europe are very different, and both regions could pick up interesting ideas from each other. Now people in the US have that opportunity.
